SUMMARY:
- CrabLife treatments maintained healthy canopy growth and increased canopy area by up to 13% compared to the untreated control during the late growing season (123-151 DAT).
- CrabLife treatments increased Nov yield by 29% to 48%, but these increases were not statistically significant.
- CrabLife treatments significantly increased Feb and Mar yields by 10-16% and 17-27%, respectively, compared to the untreated control.
- CrabLife treatments significantly increased total marketable yield by 15-16% compared to the untreated control.
- Yield increases by CrabLife treatments were due to increased fruit set (11-21%↑).
- CrabLife treatment at 40 lb/acre increased the proportion of small fruit yield but decreased the proportion of disease fruit compared to the untreated control. The proportion of marketable fruit was unaffected by CrabLife treatments.
- Fruit Brix was unaffected by CrabLife treatments.
